Realisation

In the project, informal learning is defined as a non-organised form of learning, for example visits to a museum or a library, travelling, games, rallys etc. It is thus learning in action, in practice and in a tangible environment.

Learning supporters of informal learning should facilitate learning situations and ways to realise learning. They should also find out the needs of learners and create the technical and organisational requirements for informal learning.

This concept will be implemented during 10 informal and 5 non-formal learning situations of 2 hours. The goal is to engage a minimum of 5 participants in informal learning offers. The preparation, implementation and evaluation of these activities will be documented.

Evaluation
The overall evaluation of the project is carried out by PERSPEKTIVwechsel, using questionnaires, surveys as well as project documentation. Evaluation Beratung Mediation evaluates the qualification concept. The institute will interview the learning supporters at several stages of the project.
